OVERVIEW:

This is a 150-hour course, divided into three stages:

• Stage One: 40 to 60 hours pre-study (distance learning)
• Stage Two: 40 to 60 hours for completion of the assignments to qualify for the Colon Hydrotherapy Theory Milestone Certificate (distance learning)
• Stage Three: 50 hours (6 consecutive intensive training days) practice including 25 treatments and four seminars and workshops.

Programme includes Chi Centre Curriculum for the Study of Colon Hydro Therapy, 6 module theory assignments, and study guide.

During the course you will study and review Anatomy and Physiology, special emphasis on the digestive system, common disorders of the bowel, medical history, indications, contra-indications, with 25 hands on practical hours in Colon Hydro Therapy. Client/patient intake, supplements for digestion, client/patient aftercare, business development, etc.

Written test is taken and corrected for graduation all on the final day. A fast paced intensive programme sure to prepare you for success from DAY 1!

Upon completion you will earn a certificate from the educational facility and the GPACT CERTIFIED COLON HYDRO THERAPIST CERTIFICATION.

The Toxygen Model BSC-UV is a state of the art colon hydrotherapy device (also known as colonic irrigation). It will cleanse the entire colon using filtered water and without the use of drugs or chemicals. The device is a "closed system" which affordes a comfortable procedure while maintaining the dignity of the patient. There is no open evacuation and no offensive odors. It is therapist assisted for effectiveness, comfort and most importantly, safety.

The device comes equipped with a built-in water treatment system.

This patented three stage system will remove particulate matter, reduce the amount of chlorine and, with the use of Ultraviolet light, destroy 99.9% of bacteria and viruses that may be in the water. The system is easily maintained. The Ultraviolet light will automatically signal when it needs changing.

Another feature of the Toxygen is its self-cleaning capability. Unlike other devices, the Toxygen's unique "locked in" system allows sufficient contact time for the disinfectant to be effective.
